INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PREPARATION

• Poster must be brought in person by the author and not be mailed in advance.
   

• The poster must be printed in paper. It will be displayed in special panels provided by the irganization. The paper should not be too heavy or thick.
   

• Ilustrations, graphics and text must be produced heavily and clearly, so that all posters can be readable from a distance of 150 cm.
   

• At the top of poster, in bold lettering of about 2.5 to 3 cm size, please provide the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s), and affiliation.
   

• Dimensions of the poster boards will be 120 cm high and 90 cm wide. Please see the pattern below and follow instructions carefully.
   

• Suitable material to display the posters will be provided on site.
