The official languages of the
Congress are Spanish and English.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in all sessions.
WEATHER
In Madrid, October
usually has the best climate of the year. The average temperatures are
around 17.5º C and minimum temperatures of 10º C. There are also some rainy
days.
VISAS
EU citizens only need
their national identity card or passport.
Citizens of the countries not mentioned before are kindly requested to
contact their local Spanish Embassy or Consulate for details regarding visa
applications.

MADRID BARAJAS
AIRPORT
Madrid-Barajas airport
main characteristics are its connections and its easy access to the city
centre. No other European capital city has an international airport so close
to the city centre, which saves time and money in travelling.

Underground (Metro).
