INFORMATION FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • The presenting author cannot present more than one paper, but it is possible to contribute to others.
     

  • Papers should be original, nor published.
      

  • Abstracts must be submitted via the Congress website. Abstracts received by fax, e-mail or regular mail will not be considered.
      

  • Abstracts from authors who are not registered at the Congress will be removed from the final program / abstract CD.
      

  • Abstract submission deadline: 31st July.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • First of all, you have to introduce your e-mail.
      

  • Then, enter your personal and professional details.
      

  • Please, tick the appropriate box if you want to submit your abstract as poster or as oral presentation. The Scientific Committee will be entitled to classify the papers depending on the program needs.
      

  • Select your topic from the available list of Scientific Sessions.
      

  • Abstracts must be presented in English or Spanish, in clear written language and please, avoid difficult characters and formulas.
      

  • Space is limited to 2.500 characters, including spaces and heading. This correspond to a A4 page single spacing in 12 point size Arial font.
      

  • Use the toolbar in the filling window to insert special characters and italics when appropriate.
      

  • The complete abstract must be written in the filling window of the submission tool:
      

    • Title: Normal print (i.e. upper and lower case as appropriate) in bold characters. Leave a blank line below the title.

    • Authors: family name in italic characters and lower case followed by initials for first and any middle name(s); the presenting author should be labelled with * (asterisk symbol).

    • Address: Institution, town, country and email of Presenting Author (upper and lower case as appropriate, in italic characters). If there is more than one address use numbers in parenthesis to link names with addresses.

    • The presenting author’s e-mail should be provided. Leave a blank line below the email.

    • Body of abstract: Normal print in Arial 12 (i.e. upper and lower case as appropriate). Abstract should summarise the main information of the work, including aims, results, and conclusions.
        

  • You will find an abstract example at the end of this document.
      

  • Receipt of abstracts and their acceptance will be communicated by e-mail to the Presenting Author in 15 days from the recepcion.
